- This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of services offered by the website Grand Hotel Boutique Rzeszów Centrum (hereinafter: the Service).
- The administrator of personal data contained in the Service is Grand Hotel Rzeszów Sp. z o.o., Rzeszów 35-030, ul. T. Kościuszki 9 registered in the business register under the number NIP: 5170236589 (hereinafter: ADO).
- In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, ADO operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with applicable legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- ADO takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data is:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for specified, lawful purposes, and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
- factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored in a form that permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- ADO performs functions related to obtaining information about users and their behavior through voluntarily submitted information in forms, for the purpose of:
- responding to user inquiries submitted via the contact form based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
- processing reservations made using the online reservation system based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- providing services rendered by ADO based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the Client has consented to it by ticking the appropriate box in the reservation process based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to ADO's email address,
- pursuing the legitimate interests of ADO in special cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
- Upon the first visit to the Grand Hotel Boutique Rzeszów Centru, website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By staying on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Failure to change browser settings by the user is tantamount to consenting to the use of "cookies".

The right to data portability does not apply, as no standard for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities has been established.
